Minecraft hands you a box of systems and refuses to write the instructions. The first hour feels empty because nothing is explained; the tenth hour you are already planning a production line.
Available on PC, Mobile, Console. The opening session sets the tone for everything after it, and the game is honest about what it wants from your evening: attention, not grinding.
9,3/10 is not an average of parts. It is what we would say to a friend with one free weekend and nine unfinished games. If that friend likes sandbox, the answer is yes.

Reader questions
Is Minecraft friendly for newcomers?
Mostly yes. The first hour explains less than modern games usually do; if you have never touched a sandbox title, watch ten minutes of gameplay before buying.
How long is Minecraft?
Roughly 20–40 hours for the main path, more if you chase side content. The game does not punish you for stopping early.
Where do I buy it?
Our buying notes live in the platform guides so prices stay comparable between regions. Start from the device you already own.
