The newest MPL Indonesia season ships the biggest changes since the pandemic era: a Swiss-system regular phase, earlier broadcast hours, and three promotion slots from MDL.
The Swiss format
Eleven teams play five Swiss rounds — three wins seal a playoff berth, three losses drop you to the wildcard bracket. Fewer meaningless matches, and the final two weeks stay tense.
Storylines and schedule
Onic remains favourite; EVOS rebuilt with three MDL stars, RRQ fields a full academy roster. Weekday matches start 17.00 WIB, weekends at 13.00 and 18.00, all free on the official YouTube channel. Prize pool: Rp5 billion, winner qualifies for the M-series world championship.
